Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Solvyn handles personal information across Solvyn-operated websites, services, public environments, forms and communications, including Live World.
Effective July 23, 2026One Solvyn notice. This notice applies to Solvyn-operated websites, services and experiences, including Live World, wherever Solvyn provides them.
It does not govern an independent third-party website or service merely because Solvyn links to it. When a third party processes information for Solvyn as a service provider, Solvyn's processing remains covered by this notice and the provider's own terms may also apply.
Who we are
Solvyn LLC develops execution-of-record infrastructure for autonomous systems. In this notice, “Solvyn,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Solvyn LLC, a Missouri limited liability company in the United States.
Questions or privacy requests may be sent to nathan@solvyn.com.
Where this notice applies
This notice applies when you visit or interact with a Solvyn-operated website or service, enter Live World, use a Solvyn feature such as an interpreter or replay surface, submit a briefing request, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with a page or service that links to this notice (collectively, the “Services”).
Solvyn may provide Services for an organization under a separate agreement. In that setting, the organization may determine why and how personal information is processed, and Solvyn may act as its processor or service provider. The applicable customer agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with this public notice.
Information we collect
The information we collect depends on which Services you use and how you interact with them.
Information you provide
- Contact and professional information, such as your name, email address, organization, role, website, LinkedIn profile and business interests.
- Communications and requests, including briefing, pilot, partnership, investment, acquisition, press, support or other inquiries and any information you include.
- Service content, such as prompts, questions, feedback, files, links, execution information, Case materials or other content you choose or are authorized to submit.
Information generated through the Services
- Usage and device information, such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, requested pages, timestamps, referrer, approximate location derived from IP, session information and diagnostic events.
- Security and operational information, such as authentication events, request logs, error reports, abuse signals, rate-limit events, service health and other records needed to operate, protect and troubleshoot the Services.
- Live World and execution information. Live World may display or generate events, actions, evidence, continuity, replay, Cases, system state, interpreter outputs and related metadata. Much of this information may concern systems rather than people, but this notice applies whenever it includes personal information.
- Cookies and similar technologies. Solvyn and its service providers may use cookies, local storage or similar technologies that are necessary for functionality, security, preferences, measurement or service improvement.
Information from other sources
We may receive information from service providers, business partners, customer organizations, public sources or people who communicate with us. We may combine that information with information collected through the Services.
How we use information
- Provide, operate, maintain, secure, authenticate, troubleshoot and improve the Services.
- Receive, evaluate and respond to briefing, pilot, partnership, investment, acquisition, press, support and other requests.
- Generate and return requested features or outputs, including interpreter, replay, verification, evidence and Case-related functions.
- Understand service performance, diagnose errors, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce limits and protect Solvyn, users, systems and others.
- Develop, test and evaluate Solvyn features and infrastructure, using aggregated or deidentified information where reasonably practicable.
- Maintain business, security, compliance and audit records; enforce agreements; establish, exercise or defend legal claims; and comply with law.
- Complete a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, asset transfer or similar corporate transaction.
We may use information for another purpose disclosed when it is collected or with your direction or consent.
Live World and public surfaces
Live World is a Solvyn-operated public proof environment. Information intentionally published or made available on a public Solvyn surface may be viewed, copied, indexed, archived, quoted or redistributed by others. Solvyn cannot control how independent third parties use information after they obtain it from a public surface.
Do not submit confidential, proprietary, classified, export-controlled, regulated or sensitive personal information to a public surface. Do not submit any information unless you have authority to provide it and its use is lawful.
Automated and model-enabled features
Some Services may use automated systems or third-party model and infrastructure providers to process prompts, context and related data on Solvyn's behalf and return a requested output. Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be independently evaluated before use in consequential decisions.
Unless Solvyn has agreed in writing to appropriate safeguards, do not submit sensitive personal information, regulated data, confidential customer data or information subject to special handling requirements to a model-enabled feature.
Solvyn does not use the public landing page to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about individuals. If a future Service does so, Solvyn will provide any additional notice and rights required by applicable law.
How we disclose information
We may disclose information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers. Vendors may host infrastructure, secure systems, process forms, provide communications, analytics, model services, storage or other functions for Solvyn. Google Analytics measures traffic sources, page and event activity, device information and related usage data. Microsoft Clarity provides session analytics, heatmaps, clicks, scroll behavior and recordings with sensitive fields masked. Tally currently provides the briefing-request form. Providers process information under their own terms and, where applicable, contractual obligations to Solvyn.
- Customer organizations. When you use Services provided for or directed by an organization, information may be available to that organization and its authorized users.
- Legal, safety and enforcement purposes. We may disclose information when we reasonably believe it is necessary to comply with law or legal process; protect rights, safety, property or systems; investigate misuse; enforce agreements; or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
- Corporate transactions. Information may be disclosed or transferred in connection with due diligence, financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets or a similar transaction.
- At your direction. We may disclose information with your consent, at your direction or as otherwise disclosed when the information is collected.
- Aggregated or deidentified information. We may use and disclose information that does not reasonably identify you, subject to applicable law.
Solvyn does not sell personal information for money. Solvyn does not use the landing page for cross-context behavioral advertising. If those practices change, we will update this notice and provide any legally required choices before the change applies.
Third-party services and links
A link to LinkedIn, Tally or another independently operated third-party website or service may take you outside Solvyn's Services. That third party's privacy practices govern its independent processing.
Live World is not a third-party service merely because it appears on a separate route, domain or subdomain. When Solvyn operates Live World, it remains part of the Services covered by this notice.
Cookies and controls
You can control cookies through your browser or device settings. Solvyn currently uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for website measurement and experience analysis. These services may use cookies or similar technologies to distinguish sessions, understand traffic sources, measure page and event activity, produce aggregated reports, heatmaps or session recordings, and improve the Services. Sensitive input fields are masked in Clarity. Blocking cookies or storage may limit measurement or prevent parts of the Services from working correctly. Where law requires consent for nonessential technologies, Solvyn will request it or provide another legally recognized control.
Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not interpreted consistently across the industry. Where applicable law requires Solvyn to recognize a legally valid opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, we will process it as required. Because Solvyn does not currently sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is presently no such sale or sharing to opt out of.
Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice, including to provide the Services, maintain continuity and security records, preserve authorized Cases or execution records, respond to requests, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and meet legal, tax, accounting or compliance obligations.
Retention periods vary by the nature of the information, the context in which it was collected, operational needs, sensitivity, applicable agreements and legal requirements. Backups may remain for a limited period after deletion. We may retain aggregated or deidentified information for longer where permitted by law.
Security
We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information in light of the nature of the Services and the information involved. No safeguard, transmission method or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, and Solvyn cannot promise that unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration will never occur.
You are responsible for using appropriate judgment when deciding what to submit and for protecting any credentials, devices or systems under your control.
International processing
Solvyn is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where Solvyn or its service providers operate. Those countries may have data-protection laws different from the laws where you live.
Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism or additional safeguards, Solvyn will use measures it determines are appropriate for the transfer.
Legal bases outside the United States
Where the GDPR, UK GDPR or a similar law applies, Solvyn may process personal information as necessary to perform a contract or take steps at your request; for Solvyn's legitimate interests in operating, securing, improving and protecting the Services and conducting business; to comply with legal obligations; or with consent where consent is required. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of or portability of personal information; obtain information about processing; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; opt out of certain disclosures; or appeal a decision concerning a request.
To make a request, email nathan@solvyn.com and describe the right you wish to exercise. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity, authority and request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and direct identity verification.
We may deny or limit a request where permitted or required by law, including when we cannot verify it, an exception applies, or fulfilling it would adversely affect the rights of another person. Solvyn will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. We encourage you to contact Solvyn first so we can try to address the concern.
Children
The Services are designed for business, professional and technical audiences and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the Services. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as Solvyn, Live World, the Services, technology or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice through the Services or another appropriate channel.
This notice describes Solvyn's privacy practices and does not create contractual rights beyond those required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.
